# HyperCRM vs Cliniko

Cliniko is multi-discipline allied-health practice software — physio, podiatry, massage and similar fields — with years of integrations built around it. Both products band their price by practitioner count, and the bands do not line up, so this page compares them one headcount at a time. HyperCRM is cheaper at every size Cliniko publishes a price for.

## Monthly price at every headcount

Both products hold a price steady across a range of practitioner counts, and the ranges differ — so these rows are the intervals where neither price moves. Find your headcount and the comparison is exact for it. All figures exclude VAT.

## The difference that settles it quickly

Cliniko has an integration ecosystem HyperCRM does not have. If your practice already depends on a specific integration that exists for Cliniko, that settles it — and no price difference on this page answers it.

## The bands do not line up, so ignore them

Cliniko's tiers and ours share two boundaries and differ at three, which means a band-against-band comparison would flatter one of us at every size where they diverge. The table above avoids that entirely: it splits the range at every point where either product's price changes, so each row is a headcount interval where both prices are fixed and the gap is exact. The narrowest gap anywhere is 22%; the widest is 49%. Billed annually the range is 35% to 57%.

The worked example: a practice in our 2–5 band pays €59 a month on Complete, or €49.17 a month billed annually, against €87 on Cliniko's equivalent tier.

## Where the difference is not price

Both products give you unlimited admin and reception seats and both offer a no-card trial, so neither of those is a differentiator. What differs: HyperCRM's interface ships in Greek as well as English, staff sign in with passkeys rather than passwords, every change is written to an audit log, and an MCP server exposes practice data to AI agents alongside the REST API. Migration, onboarding and export are free on both our plans.

## When to choose Cliniko instead

Choose Cliniko if a specific integration your practice depends on exists for them and not for us. That outweighs a monthly difference of a few tens of euros, every time.

Moving from Cliniko costs nothing and we do the work — [how switching works](/migrate) lists what transfers and the one thing that does not.

## The short version

### [Cheaper at every size](/pricing)

Across every headcount Cliniko publishes a price for, HyperCRM Complete costs between 22% and 49% less per month. Nowhere are we dearer.

### Same shape, so it is checkable

Both price per practice by practitioner count with free admin seats, so the comparison is like for like rather than a model argument.

### When Cliniko fits better

An established multi-discipline allied-health workflow, or a specific integration that exists for them and not for us.

## Common questions

### How much does HyperCRM cost?

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.

### How is patient data protected?

Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links, and every change is written to an audit log. Staff accounts sign in with passkeys rather than shared passwords.

### How does Cliniko's pricing compare to HyperCRM's?

Both charge per practice, banded by practitioner count, with unlimited admin and reception seats. The bands differ, so compare per headcount: HyperCRM Complete is between 22% and 49% cheaper per month at every size Cliniko publishes, and between 35% and 57% cheaper billed annually.

### Does Cliniko offer a free trial?

Yes — 30 days with no payment details required, as published at https://cliniko.com/pricing, checked on 15 August 2026. Ours is 30 days on the full Complete plan, also with no card. Neither product gives the software away afterwards, and neither of us pretends to; the difference is the price once the trial ends.

### Where do these Cliniko figures come from?

They are read off Cliniko's own published pricing page at https://cliniko.com/pricing, in US dollars, and converted to euro at a dated rate. Both dates are printed under every table on this page. Prices change, so check their page too — if ours is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
