# Everything an appointment-based practice runs on

HyperCRM covers the calendar, the patient record, billing and the paperwork that surrounds an appointment — scheduling, online booking, reminders, forms, files, invoicing, reporting and staff access — as one connected system rather than separate tools stitched together.

### [AI assistant](/features/assistant)

A chat bubble in the dashboard that does the work you ask for — finding, booking, charging — and confirms before it writes.

### [Scheduling](/features/scheduling)

Calendar with appointment, reminder and unavailable-block events, and availability calculated from your working hours.

### [Online booking](/features/online-booking)

A public booking page patients use without logging in, with slot picking and rebooking for existing patients.

### [Reminders](/features/reminders)

Opt-in appointment reminders by SMS and email, sent ahead of time with a calendar invite attached.

### [Patient records](/features/patient-records)

Clinical notes with full revision history, status lifecycle, tags and per-patient notification preferences.

### [Billing](/features/billing)

Charges, credits and receipts against a service catalogue, with tax handling and printable invoices.

### [Forms](/features/forms)

A form builder with shareable links, signature capture and fields that write straight back to the patient record.

### [Files](/features/files)

Per-patient file storage with a preview lightbox, and an in-app 3D viewer for STL scans.

### [Reporting](/features/reporting)

Dashboard KPIs, an owner-only audit log, three date-bucketed reports, and CSV export throughout.

### [Team](/features/team)

Owner and assistant roles, single-use invitations, a last-owner safeguard, and passkey sign-in.

### [Practice website](/features/website)

A real site with booking built in, your own domain, and a blog that writes itself on a schedule you set.

## One system, ten areas

Records, calendar, billing, forms, files and reporting are one product, not six that have to be kept in step — which is also what lets [the assistant](/features/assistant) work across all of them from one question. What changes by field is the vocabulary on screen: a [dental practice](/for/dental) books patients into chairs and starts from a pre-filled dental catalogue, while other appointment-based practices use general terms and build their own price list.

## Each page says what it means

Where a feature has an edge to it, the page for it says so on the page rather than in the small print — reminders are opt-in, reports are owner-only, and imaging support goes deepest on dental scans. You should be able to tell whether HyperCRM fits your practice without a demo.

## Protected the same way, everywhere

Every feature here is behind passkey sign-in, owner and assistant roles, and an audit log of every change. See the [security page](/security) for how records are protected.

## Common questions

### How much does HyperCRM cost?

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.

### Which kinds of practice is HyperCRM for?

HyperCRM suits appointment-based practices that keep clinical records: dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics. They all run the same system, using the words their own field uses — and dental practices additionally start from a service catalogue that is already filled in.

### How is patient data protected?

Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links, and every change is written to an audit log. Staff accounts sign in with passkeys rather than shared passwords.

### Do I have to use every feature?

No. Each area of HyperCRM works on its own — you can run the calendar and patient records without turning on reminders or online booking, for instance. Nothing is bundled so tightly that adopting one part forces you into all the others straight away.
