# A booking page patients can use without an account

HyperCRM publishes a booking page that needs no login: a patient picks a real, free slot calculated from your working hours, and an existing patient is recognised for rebooking rather than treated as new every time.

## The same availability, made public

The public booking page reads from the exact [scheduling](/features/scheduling) calculation your staff use internally — working hours, slot interval, appointment duration and existing bookings — so a patient can never pick a slot that would double-book a resource.

## Recognises a returning patient

When an existing patient books again, the flow can match them rather than creating a duplicate record, so a practice's history stays attached to one person instead of splintering across repeat bookings.

## Guarded, not gated

The public page can carry reCAPTCHA to keep out automated spam bookings. With it off, the page still works and relies on rate limiting instead — a setting you have not got to yet never stands between a real patient and a booking.

## What happens after a booking

A booking becomes a normal appointment on the calendar, and if [reminders](/features/reminders) are enabled the patient gets a confirmation ahead of the visit — the same reminder system used for appointments booked by staff.

## Common questions

### How much does HyperCRM cost?

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.

### Which kinds of practice is HyperCRM for?

HyperCRM suits appointment-based practices that keep clinical records: dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics. They all run the same system, using the words their own field uses — and dental practices additionally start from a service catalogue that is already filled in.

### Do patients need to create an account to book?

No. The public booking page requires no login. A patient picks a real, free slot and submits their details directly; an existing patient can be matched for rebooking so their history stays under one record instead of creating duplicates.

### What stops the booking page being used for spam?

The page can carry reCAPTCHA to filter automated submissions, and relies on rate limiting either way. Turning it on is optional: with it off the page keeps working normally, so a setting you have not configured never blocks a genuine patient from booking.
