_Features / Reporting_

# Know what happened, and prove it

A dashboard of practice KPIs, a full audit log of every change, three date-bucketed reports on appointments, revenue and new patients, and CSV export throughout — enough to see how a practice is running and to answer for any single change made to it.

## Related features

### [Billing](/features/billing)

The revenue report is built directly from the same billing entries described here.

### [Team](/features/team)

Owner-only reporting is one part of how owner and assistant roles differ.

### [Patient records](/features/patient-records)

Patient-acquisition reporting counts against the same patient records you manage day to day.

## Watch: Reports

What the practice actually did this month.

- [Reports (1:13)](https://youtu.be/aSR0_Zr-Hy8) — What the practice actually did this month.

## Five numbers on arrival

The dashboard shows patients by status, appointments today and this week, outstanding balance and new patients this month, computed in the practice's own timezone so "today" always means the practice's today. Any practice member, owner or assistant, can see it — it is the landing page for the whole practice.

## An audit log of every mutation

Every meaningful change in HyperCRM is written to an audit log — who did what, to what, and when — filterable by type and date range. This is an owner-only surface, since it is the record a practice would reach for in a dispute rather than daily reading.

## Three reports, bucketed by day, week or month

Appointments booked, revenue from [billing entries](/features/billing), and new patients acquired can each be bucketed over a date range you choose, so a practice can see a trend rather than a single total. These three reports, like the audit log, are owner-only.

## Data that leaves when you do

Patients, billing entries and the audit log all export to CSV, so a practice's own numbers are never locked inside the app. CSV export is gated to owners even on lists an assistant can otherwise read, since export is a data-egress action rather than a routine view.

## Common questions

### Can I export my data?

Yes. Every list in HyperCRM exports to CSV from the app, and your files can be downloaded at any time. Your practice data belongs to you, and there is no export fee or waiting period — on either plan, during the trial, and after you cancel.

### How much does HyperCRM cost?

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.

### Who can see the reports and audit log?

The dashboard KPIs are visible to any practice member, owner or assistant. The audit log and the three date-bucketed reports are owner-only, since they are an administrative surface rather than everyday reading — any other role gets a forbidden response if it tries to reach them.

### Can I export my practice's data as CSV?

Yes. Patients, billing entries and the audit log all export to CSV from within the app. Export is owner-gated even where the underlying list is otherwise readable by an assistant, since exporting data is treated as a stricter action than simply viewing it.
