## Consent and a photo record, without a second system

An aesthetic clinic lives or dies on two things a spreadsheet handles badly: signed consent before a treatment, and a reliable photo record afterwards. HyperCRM handles both directly — consent forms go out as expiring links the patient signs, and treatment photos attach straight to the patient record in private storage, served only through short-lived signed links rather than sitting in a shared drive.

## In an aesthetic clinic, day to day

Patients book a treatment online against your availability, with reminders by SMS and email. Consent forms are filled in and signed before a treatment, and the signed copy stays on file. Treatment photos upload to the patient record and open in an in-app viewer — there is no dedicated before/after comparison tool yet, just reliable, private storage. Treatments bill from a service catalogue with tax handled.

## Photographs of patients, treated as records

Treatment photographs are health data, and an aesthetic clinic holds a great many of them. Records are protected by passkey sign-in, role-based access and an audit log of every change, and image files are served only through short-lived signed links — never a public URL that keeps working once it has been shared. ### How much does HyperCRM cost?

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.

### How is patient data protected?

Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links, and every change is written to an audit log. Staff accounts sign in with passkeys rather than shared passwords.

### Can I export my data?

Yes. Every list in HyperCRM exports to CSV from the app, and your files can be downloaded at any time. Your practice data belongs to you, and there is no export fee or waiting period — on either plan, during the trial, and after you cancel.

### Does it include before/after photo comparison tooling?

Photos attach to the patient record and open in an in-app viewer, so a treatment history is one click away rather than in a shared drive or on someone's phone. There is no side-by-side before/after comparison view — you open the two images from the record.

### Does it come with a service catalogue for aesthetic treatments?

No — you add your own treatments and prices during setup, which most clinics finish in an afternoon and which means the catalogue matches your actual menu rather than a generic one you would have to prune. Dental practices are the exception: they start from a pre-filled dental catalogue and adjust the prices.
