How HyperCRM compares on price and approach

Every competitor price here comes from that vendor's own pricing page, dated and linked so you can check it. No page claims to know what a competitor cannot do, and each one names the specific cases where you should pick them instead.

What these pages are, and are not

Each comparison page is built from one source: the competitor's own public pricing page, checked in July 2026 and linked so you can verify the current number yourself. That is the limit of what we can claim about a product we do not run day to day — so these pages do not say what Dentally, Cliniko or SimplePractice cannot do. They only describe what HyperCRM does, and what each competitor publicly charges.

When to pick one of them instead

There are specific, checkable cases where a competitor is the better buy — NHS integration, US insurance and telehealth workflows, an integration ecosystem you already depend on. Each page below names its own, so you can rule us out in a minute rather than after a demo.

What HyperCRM does differently

Six differences, and whether any of them matters depends on your practice:

  • Every band is published, not quoted. No headcount above which you have to ask.
  • Reception and admin seats are free, and unlimited. They do not move your band.
  • The interface ships in Greek as well as English.
  • Staff sign in with passkeys, so there is no shared practice password to leak.
  • Every change is written to an audit log, traceable to a person and a time.
  • A REST API and an MCP server expose practice data to your own tools or AI agents.

The pricing page has the full detail, and switching costs nothing either way.

Common questions

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.

HyperCRM suits appointment-based practices that keep clinical records: dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics. They all run the same system, using the words their own field uses — and dental practices additionally start from a service catalogue that is already filled in.

No, and these pages never claim that. The only competitor facts stated are prices, published openly on each vendor's own pricing page and dated to when we checked. We describe what HyperCRM does; we do not guess at a competitor's feature set or claim it lacks something we haven't verified ourselves.

All three have shipped for years longer, and each comparison page names what that buys you concretely — Dentally's NHS integration, Cliniko's integration ecosystem, SimplePractice's US insurance workflows. If one of those is what your practice runs on, choose that product. If none of them is, longevity by itself is not something you use on a Monday morning.
