Two roles, clearly separated
Everyone in the practice is either an owner or staff. Owners add staff, change roles, and see reports and the history of changes. They also set up the services, the forms and the website. Staff get the everyday tools: patients, the calendar, billing and forms. An owner can change anyone's role at any time.
Safe, single-use invitations that expire
To add someone, you send an invitation to their email. The link works once and expires after three days.
Everyone signs in as themselves
Each person signs in with a passkey, their own email and password, or a link sent to their email. There is no shared practice login to write down or pass around. Passkeys work on every plan. On Complete, an owner can also require a passkey from everyone. Every staff and role change goes into the history of changes, so who changed what is never a guess.

Common questions
Patient records are encrypted, both where they are stored and on their way to your screen. Files are private, and a link to one stops working after a short time. Changes to patient records are recorded, with who made them and when. There is no shared practice password: everyone has their own account. On the Complete plan, the practice owner can also require two-step sign-in for the whole team.
