Talk to the people building it
HyperCRM is small, so email reaches the people who write the software rather than a ticket queue. If something is missing, awkward, or wrong for how your practice works, saying so is the fastest way to change it.
What to write about
Anything, but these get the most useful reply:
- Does it fit my practice? Tell us how you work today — what you book against, what you record, what you invoice. That is a more useful question than a feature list.
- Something is missing. What we build next comes from practices telling us what they need, and a specific request beats a generic one — name the workflow and what it costs you today.
- Moving existing records. If you are coming from another system or from spreadsheets, describe what you have and we will tell you whether it will transfer cleanly.
- Security and data questions. The security page covers how records, access and files are handled; if it does not answer your question, ask.
What we will not do
There is no sales sequence behind this address. You will not be added to a drip campaign for asking a question, and nobody will call you because you filled something in.

Common questions
HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.
HyperCRM suits appointment-based practices that keep clinical records: dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics. They all run the same system, using the words their own field uses — and dental practices additionally start from a service catalogue that is already filled in.
Usually quickly, and always from someone who can actually change the product rather than a first-line agent reading a script. Complete gets priority. There is no contracted response time, so treat that as how we work rather than as a guarantee — the [terms](/terms) say the same thing in writing.
Rather just try it?
Or skip the conversation entirely — the trial runs on the full plan, with no card.
