Everything an appointment-based practice runs on
Calendar, online booking, reminders, patient records, billing, forms, files and reports. All in one system, for practices that work by appointment.
One system covers everything
Records, calendar, billing, forms, files and reporting are one product, not six separate programs. That is also what lets the assistant work across all of them from one question. What changes by field is the words on screen. A dental practice books patients into chairs, a physiotherapy practice into treatment rooms. A medical practice has patients, an aesthetic clinic has clients. Every practice starts with a filled-in list of services, and sets its own prices. You can always add, change or remove services to fit your practice.
Clear about what it does
Each feature page shows what it does, and where it stops. So you can tell if HyperCRM fits your practice before you start.

Protected the same way, everywhere
Every member of staff has their own login. Owner and staff see different things. Every change to a record is logged, with who made it and when. See the security page for how records are protected.
Explore each area
AI assistant
Ask in plain words, and it finds, books and charges for you. By default it asks before it changes anything.
Phone assistant
Forward your practice's phone and an AI assistant answers the calls you miss, then books them into your free times. On Complete, by request.
Scheduling
A calendar for appointments, reminders for the team and time off. It only offers available times. The team sees the calendar by practitioner or chair. Each practitioner can also see their own appointments in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Multiple locations
If your practice has more than one site, each location has its own chairs and its own opening hours. The patient chooses where to come, online or on the phone. The calendar, the reports and the receipts all show the location.
Online booking
Patients book from your website without an account. They pick a free time and wait for your approval. A returning patient is matched to their existing record.
Reminders
Reminders by email, text message or both, sent before the visit (optional, with the patient's consent).
Patient records and files
Clinical notes with full revision history, a treatment card with the diagnosis, the plan and the visits, and who referred each patient. Photos, X-rays and scans on the record. For dental practices, dental and gum charts and a before-and-after comparison.
Billing
Charge each visit from your list of services. Email the receipt to the patient, or print it.
Forms
A form builder with shareable links, signature capture and fields that write straight back to the patient record.
Reports
Key numbers on the dashboard, reports by day, week or month, a history of every record change (owner only), and export to a spreadsheet.
Team
Owner and staff roles, invitations by email, and an account of their own for each person.
Practice website
A real site with online booking built in. On Complete: your own domain, and blog posts drafted to your brief on a schedule you set.
Common questions
HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the Complete plan, with no card needed. After that, Essential starts at €19 a month and Complete at €34, VAT included. The price depends on how many practitioners you have. Every price is on the pricing page, so you never need a sales call.
HyperCRM suits appointment-based practices that keep clinical records: dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics. They all run the same system, using the words their own field uses. Each of these fields comes with a ready-made service list, added at setup or later from Settings. You can always add, change or remove services to fit your own practice.
Patient records are encrypted, both where they are stored and on their way to your screen. Files are private, and a link to one stops working after a short time. Changes to patient records are recorded, with who made them and when. There is no shared practice password: everyone has their own account. On the Complete plan, the practice owner can also require two-step sign-in for the whole team.
No. Each area of HyperCRM works on its own. You can run the calendar and patient records without turning on reminders or online booking, for instance. Nothing is bundled so tightly that adopting one part forces you into all the others straight away.
