The difference that settles it quickly

Checked on SimplePractice's own pricing page on 15 July 2026: three plans priced per month — Starter at $49, Essential at $79 and Plus at $99. There is no free plan, but a 30 days free trial requires no credit card to start. An additional-clinician add-on is listed at $49 per month for practices adding more than one clinician. Common questions
HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.
Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links, and every change is written to an audit log. Staff accounts sign in with passkeys rather than shared passwords.
Yes. SimplePractice runs $49 to $99 per month plus $49 for each additional clinician, so a three-clinician practice pays the plan over twice. HyperCRM Complete is €59 a month for the whole 2–5 band, with no per-clinician add-on. Price is one factor: they have years of US-oriented features we do not.
