The consulting room, not the theatre
HyperCRM covers pre-op consultation, consent and post-op follow-up in a surgical practice's own rooms. It does not attempt theatre scheduling or surgical planning, and makes no claim to — if that is what you are shopping for, this is not the product. What it does cover is everything either side of the operation: the record, the calendar, the signed consent, the imaging and the billing, in one place.
From first consult to final follow-up
A patient books a consultation online against your availability, with reminders by SMS and email. Consultation notes keep a full revision history across pre-op and post-op visits. Consent forms go out as expiring links, filled in and signed by the patient before a procedure. Post-op imaging attaches to the patient record, and follow-up visits are billed from a service catalogue.
Handling health data responsibly
Consent and pre/post-op records are special-category health data under GDPR Article 9. HyperCRM protects them with passkey sign-in, owner and assistant roles, an audit log of every change, and private file storage behind short-lived signed links — the security page explains this fully, and the DPA and sub-processor list are published for your data protection officer.

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.
Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links, and every change is written to an audit log. Staff accounts sign in with passkeys rather than shared passwords.
Yes. Every list in HyperCRM exports to CSV from the app, and your files can be downloaded at any time. Your practice data belongs to you, and there is no export fee or waiting period — on either plan, during the trial, and after you cancel.
No. HyperCRM covers the consulting-room side of a surgical practice — pre-op consultation, consent, and post-op follow-up — where the shared calendar, notes and billing already apply. It does not attempt theatre scheduling or surgical planning, and there is no plan to build that; it stays a general practice-management core, not an operating-room system.
No — you build consent forms in the form builder, which is the right way round for surgery: consent wording is specific to the procedure and to your own indemnity requirements, so a generic template would have to be rewritten anyway. Once built, a form is reused for every patient having that procedure.
