Booking, treatment photos and billing, in one place
HyperCRM is practice management software for aesthetic clinics. Clients book online from your own customised clinic website. Treatment photos are stored privately on the client record. A signed consent form says how you may use them. You bill from your own service catalogue. One system instead of a booking tool, a consent folder and a phone camera roll.

Your clinic
Clients, treatment rooms and a photo record
Every screen says client, and the calendar books treatment rooms. Treatment photos attach straight to the client record and open in an in-app viewer.

Day to day
Book, consent, treat, bill
Clients book a treatment online from your clinic website. They sign the consent form on their phone, and the signed copy stays on their records.
Treatments bill from your own service catalogue
Clients get a text message or email reminder before their booked appointment

Photos
Photographs treated as health records
Treatment photographs are health data, and a clinic holds many of them. Files sit in private storage, and only your team can open them.
How records are protected
Clear prices. Protected records.
Every price is public
No quote and no sales call. Reception and admin seats are free.
Everyone signs in as themselves
Each person has their own login, with a fingerprint or face login if they want one. There is no shared clinic password to leak.
Every change is logged
See who changed a record or an appointment and when. The only changes not logged are your clinic settings, your HyperCRM plan and each person's own sign-in details.
Common questions
HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the Complete plan, with no card needed. After that, Essential starts at €19 a month and Complete at €34, VAT included. The price depends on how many practitioners you have. Every price is on the pricing page, so you never need a sales call.
Patient records are encrypted, both where they are stored and on their way to your screen. Files are private, and a link to one stops working after a short time. Changes to patient records are recorded, with who made them and when. There is no shared practice password: everyone has their own account. On the Complete plan, the practice owner can also require two-step sign-in for the whole team.
Yes. The practice owner can export the patient list, the reports and the activity log to a spreadsheet file (CSV) from the app, and anyone in the practice can download its files at any time. Your practice data belongs to you, and there is no export fee or waiting period. That holds on either plan, during the trial, and after you cancel.
Photos attach to the client record and open in an in-app viewer, so a treatment history is one click away rather than in a shared drive or on someone's phone. There is no side-by-side before/after comparison view. You open the two images from the record.
Yes. An aesthetic clinic starts with a ready-made but generic list of treatments, each with a typical price and duration. Injectables and peels are not on it, because they are medical acts. Use it as a starting point. You will probably want to change the services and prices, as every clinic offers different things.
