Prices are per practice, VAT included. A practitioner is a team member with their own login and calendar. Accounts for reception, admin and owners who do not see patients are free and unlimited. They do not change your price. Your price follows the number of practitioners, so you never have to choose it. With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12. Nothing is added at checkout.
How the price is worked out
Four steps, none of which involve a phone call. The only input is a number you already know.
Start the trial
Every practice starts on the Complete plan for 30 days, with no card. Nothing is charged at the end. The account goes read-only until you choose a plan, and everything stays exportable.
We count practitioners
Anyone assigned to an appointment is counted, automatically, from the moment you assign them. The owner can also mark someone a practitioner before their first booking, and unmark a mistake.
The band follows the count
The count lands in one of 5 bands. You do not choose a band and you cannot be sold a larger one. The band is arithmetic, and within a band the price does not move as you hire.
Pick monthly or annual
Monthly, or annual: you pay for 10 months and get 12, which is 16% off. Crossing a band is announced before it is charged, applies at the next period, and never rises mid-period without your agreement.
What both plans include
Everything below comes with both plans. Whichever plan you choose after the trial, you keep all of it.
Unlimited seats that are not practitioners
Reception, admin and owner accounts cost nothing and are not capped. Someone without their own calendar does not move your band.
Unlimited patients and appointments
No limit on bookings, on either plan. HyperCRM never holds your practice back as it grows.
No setup fee, ever
Migration, onboarding, setup and export are free on both plans, permanently. Nothing is charged to get your records in, and nothing is charged to get them out.
Online booking and a website
Online booking and a practice website at yourpractice.hypercrm.app are free on both plans. They help your practice grow, so every plan has them.
Your field's own words
Dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic terminology is on both plans, so the software reads the way your practice talks from the first day. Every practice starts with a filled-in list of services. You can always add, change or remove services.
Export, always
Your patient list, your reports and the activity log to a spreadsheet file (CSV), every file downloadable, free and immediate, during the trial, on both plans, and after you cancel. The cost of leaving is never the reason you stay.
What each plan is for
Essential covers everything a small practice needs day to day. Complete adds enough credits for SMS reminders and the assistant, plus your own domain and a blog.
Credits
Credits pay for SMS reminders, the AI assistant, phone assistant minutes, and file storage above your plan's allowance: the things that cost us money each time they run. Complete includes 40 per practitioner per month, shared by the whole practice. Essential includes 30 a month for the whole practice, which is around 20 SMS reminders: enough to see how they work, not enough to run your reminders on.
The cost of an SMS depends on where the patient's number is, because that is what it costs us. Both plans can buy credit packs, which never expire, at the same rate.
SMS is also limited by destination: we can text patients in 75 countries and territories, including every EU country. The full list is shown in the app beside anything that sends one. Email reminders reach anywhere, free and unmetered.
Chairs, rooms and storage space
On Essential, each practitioner you pay for comes with 3 chairs or rooms. On Complete, chairs and rooms are unlimited. On both plans, each practitioner also comes with 10 GB of storage for files. So you get more room with every new practitioner.
If you move from Complete to Essential with more chairs or rooms than Essential includes, you keep all of them and can still book them. You just can't add another until you are under the limit.
Monthly or annual
With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12, which is 16% off. For example, Complete for 2 to 5 practitioners is €640 a year instead of €768. We email you before an annual plan renews, so it never renews by surprise.
You can cancel within 30 days of your first payment and get all your money back. After that, a monthly plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. On an annual plan, the months you used are charged at the monthly price, and you get the rest back. You lose only the annual discount.
If you cancel, you can still read and export everything, with no time limit. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying. Your data is deleted only if you close the account yourself, 30 days after you do.
Groups and multi-location practices
If you work from more than one place, add each one as a location. It costs nothing extra, and there is no limit on how many. Each location has its own address, phone, email and opening hours. Each chair or room can belong to one of them, and one with none is not offered online. Patients choose a location when they book online. It all stays one account, with one team and one subscription.
If you run a group that needs a separate account for each practice, or one person assigned to look after you, write to hello@hypercrm.app before you decide. You will reach someone who builds the software.
Practices with 20 or more practitioners pay a published price, like everyone else: €204 a month on Complete, or €170 a month billed annually.
You will never pay more because you run a successful business.
VAT, and who invoices you
Every price on this page includes VAT. What you see is what you pay. A Greek practice on the €19 plan pays €19 in total. Our invoice shows the Greek VAT inside that figure. Nothing is added at checkout.
Your invoice comes from Hypermetron, the company behind HyperCRM. This is the name on your card statement and in your accounts, so it is worth telling your accountant. The terms explain payment, refunds and cancelling in full.

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the Complete plan, with no card needed. After that, Essential starts at €19 a month and Complete at €34, VAT included. The price depends on how many practitioners you have. Every price is on the pricing page, so you never need a sales call.
Yes. The practice owner can export the patient list, the reports and the activity log to a spreadsheet file (CSV) from the app, and anyone in the practice can download its files at any time. Your practice data belongs to you, and there is no export fee or waiting period. That holds on either plan, during the trial, and after you cancel.
HyperCRM suits appointment-based practices that keep clinical records: dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics. They all run the same system, using the words their own field uses. Each of these fields comes with a ready-made service list, added at setup or later from Settings. You can always add, change or remove services to fit your own practice.
A practitioner is a member with their own login and calendar. A hygienist with their own appointment book counts; a receptionist booking on someone else's behalf does not, and neither does an owner who never sees patients. Reception, admin and owner-only accounts are free and unlimited, however many of them you have.
No. The band is worked out from how many practitioners your practice has, so it is arithmetic rather than a purchase decision. If a hire moves you across a boundary we tell you before anything is charged, apply the new band at your next billing period, and never raise a bill mid-period without your agreement.
Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. The account becomes read-only: everything stays readable and exportable, but you cannot add new appointments or patients until you choose a plan. Choosing one restores full access immediately, and the 30 days can be extended once if you have genuinely started using it.
No. There is a 30-day trial of the Complete plan with no card required, and after that HyperCRM is paid software starting at €19 a month including VAT. Export stays free permanently, including after you cancel, so nothing you put in is ever held behind a payment.
