Two plans, five bands, every price on this page
You pay for practitioners — the people with their own calendar. Reception, admin and owner-only seats are unlimited and free, however many you have.
What your practice pays
Set your practitioner count and how you want to be billed, and both plans price themselves. Every figure is the one checkout charges.

The STL scan viewer
The REST API and MCP server, with up to 5 OAuth clients
An unlimited audit-log history and enforced passkey policy
Priority email support, with a named person for your onboarding
Per practice, excluding VAT. A practitioner is a member with their own login and calendar. Reception, admin and owner-only accounts are free and unlimited, and do not move your band — your band is worked out from that count, and you do not pick it. Annual billing charges 10 months for 12. VAT is added at checkout at your country's rate; because healthcare supply is itself VAT-exempt in most of the EU, many practices cannot reclaim it.
How the price is worked out
Four steps, none of which involve a phone call. The only input is a number you already know.
Start the trial
Every practice starts on the full Complete plan for 30 days, with no card. Nothing is charged at the end — the account goes read-only until you choose a plan, and everything stays exportable.
We count practitioners
Anyone assigned to an appointment is counted, automatically, from the moment you assign them. The owner can also mark someone a practitioner before their first booking, and unmark a mistake.
The band follows the count
The count lands in one of 5 bands. You do not choose a band and you cannot be sold a larger one — the band is arithmetic, and within a band the price does not move as you hire.
Pick monthly or annual
Monthly, or 10 months charged for 12 — 16% off. Crossing a band is announced before it is charged, applies at the next period, and never rises mid-period without your agreement.
What both plans include
The same on Essential and Complete. None of these is a higher tier, a trial-only feature, or a thing that stops working at a limit nobody told you about.
Unlimited seats that are not practitioners
Reception, admin and owner accounts cost nothing and are not capped. Someone without their own calendar does not move your band.
Unlimited patients and appointments
No monthly booking cap. An entry plan that stops at twenty appointments a month — which a busy clinic books in three days — is a trap rather than a tier.
No setup fee, ever
Migration, onboarding, setup and export are free on both plans, permanently. Dental incumbents quote €800–€2,400 to convert your data before you have booked a single appointment.
Online booking and a website
Public booking and a practice website on a hypercrm.app subdomain are free on both plans. Gating the thing that grows your practice would be self-defeating.
Your field's own words
Dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic terminology is on both plans, so the software reads the way your practice talks from the first day. Dental also starts from a filled-in catalogue.
Export, always
Every list to CSV, every file downloadable, free and immediate — during the trial, on both plans, and after you cancel. The cost of leaving is never the reason you stay.
Dental PMS price ranges (Curve, Dentrix, Denticon) from public software directories, checked on 15 August 2026. These vendors quote after a call, so they are ranges rather than fixed prices.
What each plan is for
Essential is the entry point: the whole clinical core — scheduling, patient records, intake forms, files, invoicing and the daily dashboard — with 3 intake forms, a 3-page practice website, and a flat 30 credits a month.
Complete is where most practices land, and it is the plan the trial runs on. It adds SMS and AI on a budget you can operate on (40 credits per practitioner per month, pooled across the practice), a custom domain, the blog, advanced reporting, the STL scan viewer, the REST API and MCP server with up to 5 OAuth clients, an unlimited audit-log history, enforced passkey policy, and priority email support with a named person for your onboarding.
Essential is a real plan, not a decoy. But most practices should look at it, notice that its credit allowance will not carry a month of SMS reminders, and choose Complete — that is the tier doing its job rather than failing at it.
Credits
Credits pay for SMS reminders and the AI assistant — the two things that cost us money each time they run. Complete includes 40 per practitioner per month, pooled across the practice. Essential includes 30 for the whole practice, which is around twenty SMS reminders: enough to see how they work, not enough to run your reminders on. Email reminders are unlimited and free on both plans.
An SMS costs more or fewer credits depending on where the patient's number is, because that is what it costs us. Email reminders are free on both plans and unmetered. Both plans can buy credit packs, which never expire, at the same rate — there is no volume taper, because a discount only large practices can reach is a tax on small ones.
SMS is also limited by destination: we can text patients in 75 destinations, covering the whole of the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland and the Balkans, Türkiye, Ukraine and the Caucasus, the Gulf and Israel, and the major markets across Asia-Pacific and the Americas. The full list is shown in the app beside anything that sends one. A number outside that list cannot be reached by SMS — email reminders reach anywhere, free and unmetered.
What scales with your practice rather than with your band
Chairs and storage grow with headcount, not with the band: 3 chairs and 10 GB per practitioner, on both plans. The allowance grows smoothly as you hire instead of stepping at a boundary, so nobody hits a ceiling because of where their band happens to end.
Monthly or annual
Annual billing charges 10 months for 12 — 16% off. For a practice in the 2–5 band on Complete that is €118 a year: €590 instead of €59 twelve times over. We email before an annual renewal is charged, so there is no silent auto-renewal of a figure you have forgotten about.
Either way, your practice's first payment carries a 30-day money-back window: cancel inside it and you get everything back, on either plan and either interval. After that a monthly plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not pro-rated, and an annual plan refunds the whole months still unused out of the 10 it charges for, at the annual amount divided by 10 — the rate you actually bought, not the 12-month average above. Cancelling ends the billing and leaves your account readable and exportable indefinitely — nothing is deleted because you stopped paying. Only closing the account starts the 30-day deletion clock, and that is always something you do deliberately.
Groups and multi-location practices
The 20+ band is a published price like every other one: €199 a month on Complete, €165.83 a month billed annually. If you run several sites and want to talk through how they map onto practices before committing, write to hello@hypercrm.app and you will reach someone who builds the software. What you will not get is a different price because of how large you looked on the call.
VAT, and who invoices you
Every price on this page excludes VAT. It is added at checkout at your country's rate — a Greek clinic on €19 pays that plus Greek VAT. Because healthcare supply is itself VAT-exempt in most of the EU, many practices cannot reclaim it, so treat the VAT-inclusive figure as the real cost rather than a formality.
Your invoice comes from Hypermetron, the company behind HyperCRM. That is the contracting and invoicing entity, and the name that appears on your card statement and in your accounts — worth knowing before your bookkeeper asks. The terms set out payment, refund and cancellation in full.
Switching costs nothing
No setup fee, free migration, free onboarding and free export — on both plans, permanently. We move your existing patients, appointment history, files and price list across for you; [how switching works](/migrate) sets out exactly what transfers and the one thing that does not. If HyperCRM turns out not to suit you, everything leaves with you the same way it arrived.
Common questions
HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.
Yes. Every list in HyperCRM exports to CSV from the app, and your files can be downloaded at any time. Your practice data belongs to you, and there is no export fee or waiting period — on either plan, during the trial, and after you cancel.
HyperCRM suits appointment-based practices that keep clinical records: dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics. They all run the same system, using the words their own field uses — and dental practices additionally start from a service catalogue that is already filled in.
A practitioner is a member with their own login and calendar. A hygienist with their own appointment book counts; a receptionist booking on someone else's behalf does not, and neither does an owner who never sees patients. Reception, admin and owner-only accounts are free and unlimited, however many of them you have.
No. The band is worked out from how many practitioners your practice has, so it is arithmetic rather than a purchase decision. If a hire moves you across a boundary we tell you before anything is charged, apply the new band at your next billing period, and never raise a bill mid-period without your agreement.
Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. The account becomes read-only: everything stays readable and exportable, but you cannot add new appointments or patients until you choose a plan. Choosing one restores full access immediately, and the 30 days can be extended once if you have genuinely started using it.
No. There is a 30-day trial of the full Complete plan with no card required, and after that HyperCRM is paid software starting at €19 a month excluding VAT. Export stays free permanently, including after you cancel, so nothing you put in is ever held behind a payment.
