HyperCRM vs Dentally

Dentally is dental-specific, UK/NHS-oriented practice software from Henry Schein One, priced per surgery per month, with NHS integration on every tier. HyperCRM is dental practice management priced by practitioner count rather than by surgery, with every band published. This page compares published pricing and says plainly when Dentally is the right choice.

The one difference that settles it quickly

Dentally is owned by Henry Schein One and carries UK/NHS workflows and its own dental imaging product. HyperCRM has neither. If your practice works with NHS systems directly, stop here and choose Dentally — no amount of price difference makes up for a workflow you are legally required to run.

Dentally's published pricing

Checked on Dentally's own pricing page on 15 July 2026: three tiers — Starter, Essentials and Pro — priced in GBP per month and scaled by the number of surgeries at a site. At 3 surgeries, the example prices are Starter £125, Essentials £220 and Pro £320 per month, excluding VAT, rising with more surgeries. Above 9 surgeries, Dentally asks you to contact them for a quote. There is no free plan advertised. Every tier includes unlimited users, unlimited storage and NHS integration; higher tiers add their imaging product, AI clinical-note transcription quotas, multi-site support and a dedicated success manager. Prices change — check Dentally's pricing page for the current numbers.

Where HyperCRM differs

  • Priced by practitioners, not by surgeries. Fitting out another chair does not raise your bill; hiring someone with their own calendar does.
  • Reception and admin seats are free, and unlimited.
  • Every price is on the pricing page, at every practice size. Dentally asks you to contact them above a certain number of surgeries; there is no headcount at which we stop publishing.
  • Greek as well as English, in the interface itself.
  • Passkeys, and an audit log of every change, traceable to a person and a time.
  • A REST API and an MCP server. Dentally publishes no comparable developer surface on its pricing page.

When to choose Dentally instead

Four things settle it in Dentally's favour, and we do not have any of them: NHS integration, their dental imaging product, AI clinical-note transcription, and a multi-site setup with a dedicated success manager. If your practice needs one of those, choose Dentally.

Moving from Dentally costs nothing and we do the work — how switching works lists what transfers and the one thing that does not.

Common questions

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.

Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links, and every change is written to an audit log. Staff accounts sign in with passkeys rather than shared passwords.

No. Dentally has NHS integration on every tier; HyperCRM has none. If your practice works with NHS systems directly, choose Dentally — this is the clearest reason on the page to do so.

Yes. Dentally publishes three tiers priced per surgery per month on its own pricing page, with an example of £125, £220 and £320 at 3 surgeries, checked 15 July 2026. A quote is needed only above 9 surgeries. Check Dentally's pricing page directly for current numbers, since prices can change.
