The one difference that settles it quickly
Dentally is owned by Henry Schein One and carries UK/NHS workflows and its own dental imaging product. HyperCRM has neither. If your practice works with NHS systems directly, stop here and choose Dentally. No amount of price difference makes up for a workflow you are legally required to run.

Checked on Dentally's own pricing page on 26 October 2026: three tiers, Starter, Essentials and Pro, priced in GBP per month and scaled by the number of surgeries at a site. At 3 surgeries, the example prices are Starter £285, Essentials £410 and Pro £551 per month, excluding VAT, rising with more surgeries. From 9 surgeries, Dentally asks you to contact them for a quote. There is no free plan advertised. Every tier includes unlimited users, unlimited storage, NHS integration and multi-site. Higher tiers add their imaging and patient-portal products, AI clinical-note transcription quotas and a customer success manager, dedicated on Pro. Where HyperCRM differs
- Priced by practitioners, not by surgeries. Each practitioner comes with 3 chairs, and Complete has no chair limit, so adding a chair does not change your price. Your price changes only when your practitioner count moves into a new band.
- Reception and admin seats are free, and unlimited.
- Every price is on the pricing page, at every practice size. Dentally asks you to contact them from 9 surgeries; there is no headcount at which we stop publishing.
- Greek as well as English, in the interface itself.
- A practice website with online booking, on both plans.
- Passkeys, and an audit log of every change to a record, traceable to a person and a time.
- A REST API and an MCP server, on Complete, for your own tools or AI agents.
- An AI assistant inside the app that finds a patient, moves an appointment or records a charge, and asks before it changes anything. On every plan.
- A phone assistant that answers the calls you miss and books into your free times, in Greek or English. On Complete, by request.
- A treatment card on every record, with the diagnosis, the plan and the visits.
When to choose Dentally instead
Four things settle it in Dentally's favour, and we do not have any of them: NHS integration, their dental imaging product, AI clinical-note transcription, and a dedicated customer success manager on their Pro tier. If your practice needs one of those, choose Dentally.
Running more than one site is not one of them. Both products handle it. In HyperCRM, each location has its own address and hours at no extra charge, and you can give it its own chairs.

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the Complete plan, with no card needed. After that, Essential starts at €19 a month and Complete at €34, VAT included. The price depends on how many practitioners you have. Every price is on the pricing page, so you never need a sales call.
Patient records are encrypted, both where they are stored and on their way to your screen. Files are private, and a link to one stops working after a short time. Changes to patient records are recorded, with who made them and when. There is no shared practice password: everyone has their own account. On the Complete plan, the practice owner can also require two-step sign-in for the whole team.
