A course of treatment, tracked from start to recall
HyperCRM is practice management software for physiotherapy clinics — recurring booked visits, a patient status you can mark for recall, and progress notes that keep their history across every session in a course of treatment.

In the clinic
Recurring bookings
Patients book a course of sessions online, with SMS and email reminders to keep a treatment block on track.
Progress notes and recall
Notes keep their full revision history across sessions, and a patient's status can be marked for recall.
Forms and billing
Intake forms go out as expiring, signed links, and each session bills from a service catalogue.
Built for a course of treatment, not a one-off visit
Physiotherapy is rarely a single appointment — it's a course of sessions, often spaced weeks apart, sometimes followed by a recall months later. HyperCRM is shaped for exactly that: a patient status of active, recall or completed, a calendar made for recurring bookings, and clinical notes that keep their full revision history across every session, so session eleven can be read against session one.
In a physiotherapy clinic, day to day
Patients book online against your availability, with reminders by SMS and email so a recurring course doesn't quietly lose attendance. Progress notes from each session keep their revision history, traceable to a person and a time. Intake forms go out as expiring, signed links, and each session is billed from a service catalogue rather than a separate spreadsheet.
Records that hold up
Progress notes are clinical records, and a course of treatment can be reviewed long after it ends. Records are protected by passkey sign-in, role-based access and an audit log of every change, and everything you hold exports to CSV whenever you want it — the security page sets out the detail.
Common questions
HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.
Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links, and every change is written to an audit log. Staff accounts sign in with passkeys rather than shared passwords.
Yes. Every list in HyperCRM exports to CSV from the app, and your files can be downloaded at any time. Your practice data belongs to you, and there is no export fee or waiting period — on either plan, during the trial, and after you cancel.
Yes. A patient's status can be set to active, recall or completed, and the calendar is made for recurring bookings rather than one-off visits, so a course of sessions is booked as a course. There is no separate treatment-block object to maintain — a course is its bookings plus the patient's status, which is how most clinics track one anyway.
No — you add your own session types and prices during setup, which most clinics finish in an afternoon and which means the price list matches what you actually charge. Dental practices are the exception: they start from a pre-filled dental catalogue and adjust the prices.
