Ask for the work instead of clicking through to it

The HyperCRM assistant sits in the corner of your dashboard. Ask it to find a patient, move an appointment, add a charge or explain how something works, and it does the work in the app — showing you what it is about to change before it changes it.

What you can ask it for

The assistant reaches the same parts of HyperCRM you do, through fifty-two tools that map onto the areas you already work in.

Find anyone, anything

Search patients, appointments and invoices by a name, a phone number or a half-remembered detail, and have the record read back without leaving the screen you are on.

Book and reschedule

Check what is free, book the slot, move it, cancel it. It resolves a request like next Tuesday afternoon against your real availability and tells you the date it landed on.

Keep records current

Add a clinical note, change a patient's status, apply a tag or correct a phone number — on the patient you name, or the one already open in front of you.

Charge and invoice

Add a charge, credit or receipt against your service catalogue and pull up the invoice, so the money side of a visit is finished before the patient has left.

Forms and files

Build an intake form, read what a patient submitted, open a file on a record or clear one out. Owners get the form builder; everyone gets the files.

Your practice website

An owner can ask for a section rewritten, an FAQ added or a team member's profile updated on the practice site, without opening the site editor.

Numbers, on request

Today's KPIs for anyone on the team; the appointment, revenue and patient-acquisition reports and the audit log for owners, in the same conversation.

How HyperCRM works

Ask how availability is calculated or where CSV export lives. It searches the same documentation published on this site and answers from what it finds.

In your words

It uses your practice's own vocabulary — chairs in a dental practice, rooms elsewhere — and replies in English or Greek, matching whichever you wrote in.

Watch: The AI assistant

Ask your practice a question, in any screen.

It works inside your permissions, not around them

The assistant runs as you. Every action it takes goes through the same checks as the same action done by hand: your practice, your role, the rules the screens already enforce. An assistant-role member's chat cannot edit practice settings or open the audit log, because that member cannot — and it is never offered those tools in the first place, so it does not propose work that would then be refused. There is no separate service account and no elevated path.

Nothing is written until you say so

Reading is immediate. Writing is not: anything that changes a record pauses and shows you a card naming the action and the exact values it will use, and nothing happens until you press Confirm. Once you trust it for routine work you can switch confirmations off for ordinary edits — but deleting a record, emailing a patient and publishing to your public website always ask, whatever that setting says.

It looks things up rather than guessing

Asked something about a patient, it searches and reads before it answers. Asked something about HyperCRM itself, it searches the documentation — the same pages published on this site, not a summary of them written months ago. And it will not fill in a blank you did not give it: a date of birth nobody told it is a question back to you, not a plausible-looking value on a record.

It knows the screen you are on

Open a patient, and asking to book her a cleaning next Tuesday is enough — the assistant is told which record you are looking at, so you do not have to say the name again. It still reads that record properly before acting on it, and names the patient back to you in its reply so you can see it understood you.

Where it is, and where it is not

The assistant is part of the dashboard, for the people who sign in to it. It is not on your public booking page, not on your practice website and not on this one — patients never talk to it. It acts only when a member of your team asks it to: it does not run in the background, does not write your reminder messages, and does not score or predict anything.

What it costs

One credit per message, from the same pooled balance SMS reminders draw on — so it costs nothing on the days nobody uses it. Complete includes 40 credits per practitioner per month; Essential's smaller allowance is enough to try it on.

Who can ask for what

The assistant inherits your role, so this is the split the screens already use rather than a second set of chat permissions to keep in step.

Common questions

HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.

Patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links, and every change is written to an audit log. Staff accounts sign in with passkeys rather than shared passwords.

Not unless you let it. Every write pauses on a card showing the action and the values it will use, and waits for you. You can waive that for routine edits once you trust it, but deletions, emails to patients and anything published to your public website ask every time regardless.

What you type, and the records the assistant reads or writes in order to answer, go to OpenAI to produce the reply. That can include patient details, appointments, notes and invoices. None of it is used to train models, and our [sub-processors page](/sub-processors) sets out the arrangement in full.

It can, like anything built on a language model. Two things limit what that costs you: it reads records and documentation rather than recalling them, and it cannot change anything you have not confirmed on screen. Treat a confirmation card as the moment to check the values, not a formality.

No. The assistant lives inside the dashboard, behind sign-in, for your staff. Your public booking page, your intake forms and your practice website carry no chatbot of any kind, and nothing a patient submits is answered by the assistant on your behalf.
