How to actually do the task in front of you
These guides walk through the everyday work of running a practice in HyperCRM — booking an appointment, managing a patient record, sending a form, handling a file, billing a visit, or inviting staff — one task at a time, in the order it actually happens.
Six guides, one practice
Each guide below covers one area of day-to-day work rather than one feature in isolation: appointments, patients, forms, files, billing and staff. They assume the basic setup from getting started is already done — working hours, at least one service, and a patient or two on file.
Written the same way as the rest of this documentation
Every step here is grounded in what HyperCRM actually does today, not what's planned. If a guide doesn't mention a capability, that's because it doesn't exist yet, not because it was left out by accident — the same honesty policy as the rest of documentation.
If a guide doesn't cover it
These six guides cover the core workflows, not every setting or edge case. For anything they miss, ask us directly rather than guessing — questions from real use are how gaps in these guides get found and closed.

Common questions
HyperCRM suits appointment-based practices that keep clinical records: dental, medical, surgical, physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics. They all run the same system, using the words their own field uses — and dental practices additionally start from a service catalogue that is already filled in.
HyperCRM is paid software. Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Complete plan, with no card required. After that, plans start at €19 and €29 a month excluding VAT, banded by how many practitioners you have. Every price is printed on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call.
No. Finish getting started first, then read whichever guide matches what you're about to do — most practices start with appointments and patients, and come back to billing, forms, files or staff when they need them, rather than reading all six up front.
Yes, that's the point of them. Each guide describes what HyperCRM does today rather than what's planned, and is revised when the underlying feature changes, so following the steps here should match what you actually see in the app.
